Questions
What is frankincense oil made from?
It is steam-distilled from the resin of Boswellia sacra trees, the species named on our supplier's safety data sheet.
How many drops of frankincense should I diffuse?
Try 3 to 5 drops per 100 ml of water. Frankincense is soft and blends easily, so it pairs well with a drop or two of citrus.
How do I use frankincense oil in a DIY body oil?
Dilute it first: roughly 6 to 12 drops in 1 fl oz (30 ml) of carrier oil, about a 1 to 2% blend. Test a small patch of skin before using more.
Can frankincense oil be taken internally?
No. Use it in a diffuser or a diluted external blend only.

- Keep away from eyes, children and pets.
- Not intended for pest control, disinfection or fungicidal use.
- Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take medication.
