Where we ship
We ship by ground to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.
Some of our essential oils are classed as hazardous materials in transport, so every order travels by ground only. That means we can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or outside the United States, and we can’t offer air or express delivery.
Processing time
Orders ship from Seekonk, Massachusetts within 3–5 business days of payment.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order, by ground.
Flavoring extracts
Our flavor drops ship by ground with the same destinations as our oils.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, email info@thewildlore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll send a replacement or a refund.
