Returns
You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For safety reasons we can’t accept opened essential oils or opened food products unless they arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered.
How to start a return
Email info@thewildlore.com with your order number. We’ll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as ordered.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the refund.
If your order had a quantity discount, we refund the price you actually paid for the returned items, after the discount.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll send a replacement or a refund, including any shipping you paid.
