Orders and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars and don’t include sales tax, which is shown at checkout. Shipping is free (see our shipping policy). We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price or product was listed in error; if we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you in full.
Product use
Essential oils are for aromatic and external use only and are not food flavorings. Read the product page and our safety guide before use. Flavoring extracts are food products; check the label for ingredients and allergens.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law, or our liability for anything that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute about these terms or an order will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
